Ellie
Ellie is a very active dog who thrives on interaction, playtime, and mental engagement. True to her Husky roots, she sometimes likes to try things her way first, but she’s also eager to please and responds beautifully to consistency and structure. When she has a routine, Ellie truly shines.
She is crate trained and sleeps comfortably in her crate for about six hours each night with no issues. Ellie is also fully house trained and was quick to learn that potty time happens outside.
One of Ellie’s favorite games is fetch—and yes, she actually brings the ball or rope right back to your feet, ready for the next round. She gets very excited when visitors arrive and may need a few minutes to settle down, but a quick game of fetch or a rope toy is all it takes to redirect her energy.
Ellie would really love—and benefit from—having another dog companion in her home. She is gentle with cats, though if a cat likes to run, Ellie may be tempted to chase in play (she does not intend to harm them, but it can be stressful for the cat). When out and about, especially at places like the dog park, Ellie should always be walked with a harness, as fast-moving animals can easily grab her attention.
Ellie is vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, and ready to find a home that will keep her active, engaged, and loved. She would thrive with a family who enjoys structure, play, and including their dog in daily life.If you’re looking for a smart, energetic, and affectionate young dog with just a touch of Husky sass, Ellie might be your perfect match 🐶💙
